The Printed Peanut Letterpress Matches

Archivist Gallery have worked with The Printed Peanut to create this colourful, graphic selection of match boxes.

The match boxes are printed using traditional letterpress techniques on original machinery. These long matches are perfect for lighting the wood burning stove, or reaching down in to candle jars.

The matches have either red or white tips, with the design is printed on one side of the box with a strike panel on one edge.
