Covid-19 Information | How Your Order May Be Affected

Following a period of total closure we are now able to process a limited amount of online orders. We will run you through how your order may be affected by the restrictions put in place:


Due to the increased demand for goods being delivered and the reduced number of the team we have working, we are unable to process our normal volume of orders. Therefore we are closing and opening up our website to allow us to control the flow of orders. If you visit and the website is closed please come back the next day and hopefully we'll be able to take your order. 

Processing time

We pride ourselves on despatching most orders on the day they come in, however, we may be unable to stick to this in the coming weeks and possibly months. Please  bear with us while we process your order and if you're in a rush for something then please consider upgrading your order to DPD Local Next Day delivery. 


Royal Mail are taking longer than normal to deliver due to the high volumes of parcels in their network. Check for a despatch notification in your inbox which will include a link to check your parcel's status with Royal Mail. If you're in a hurry, please upgrade to DPD Local Next Day delivery.
